ControlAir offers a comprehensive range of I/P transducers, E/P transducers, and P/I transducers, also known as electronic air pressure sensors, air pressure transmitters, and air pressure regulators. These versatile air pressure control devices are engineered to deliver exceptional accuracy, reliability, and repeatability within a compact and durable housing.
With a variety of input and output combinations, industry-recognized certifications (FM, CSA, ATEX, IECEx), and explosion-proof housings, our air pressure transducers are designed to meet the rigorous demands of diverse industrial and pneumatic applications.
For natural gas applications, we recommend our Type 950 Exlplosion-Proof I/P Transducer, specifically designed to meet NG rating requirements.

I/P Transducers (Current to Pressure Transducers), also known as I/P Converters or I/P Transmitters, convert a variable electrical signal to a linearly proportional pneumatic output. The pneumatic output is commonly used to apply pneumatic pressure to control valves, actuators, dampeners and louvers clutches and brakes, and web tensioners.
E/P Transducers (Voltage to Pressure Transducers), also known as E/P Converters or E/P Transmitters, convert voltage input signals to proportional pneumatic output pressures. E/P Transducers are offered with extensive combinations of inputs and outputs, industry certifications (FM, CSA, ATEX, IECEx) and Explosion-proof housings. E/P Transducers are available in various mounting options for space constrained applications.
P/I Transducers (Pressure to Current Transducers), also know as P/I Converters, are known for uncompromised accuracy and durability. All solid state circuitry converts standard 3-15, 3-27 or 6-30 psig instrument air into 4-20 mA or 10-50 mA outputs. Custom presure ranges are also available. Explosion-proof units stand up to the most hazardous and demanding applications and are FM approved and CSA certified.
