Description
Overview
The Type 925 Multifunction Supply Manifold provides a common pneumatic supply connection for multiple Type 900X and Type 550X I/P and E/P transducers. By replacing separate supply lines with one shared manifold, the Type 925 simplifies installation, reduces tubing requirements, and supports clean, organized control-panel layouts.
Each inlet station includes an individual shutoff valve, allowing a transducer to be isolated, serviced, installed, or removed while supply pressure remains on. Other devices on the manifold continue operating without interruption, helping reduce downtime during maintenance or system modification.
The Type 925 is available in 3-, 5-, 10-, and 15-station configurations. It can be mounted using the standard brackets or an optional DIN rail kit, and it can also serve as a common output manifold for solenoid valves.

The Type 925 is designed to provide a reliable shared air-supply platform while allowing individual transducers to be isolated for maintenance. The station shutoff should be fully closed before installing or removing connected equipment.
How to Select the Right Configuration
Selecting the correct Type 925 configuration depends on the number of transducers or solenoid valves, available mounting space, service requirements, and desired accessories.
- Select the 3-station manifold for compact installations with up to three devices.
- Select the 5-station manifold for small grouped transducer installations.
- Select the 10-station manifold for larger process-control or automation panels.
- Select the 15-station manifold for high-density installations requiring the maximum number of stations.
- Use the standard brackets for conventional panel or surface mounting.
- Select the DIN rail mounting kit when the manifold must integrate into a DIN rail control panel.
- Select the extended mounting bracket when additional clearance is required.
- Add a supply shutoff valve when the entire manifold must be isolated from the main air source.
- Add a pressure gauge to monitor manifold supply pressure.
- Select the appropriate reducer or elbow to match the surrounding pneumatic piping layout.
- Confirm that the operating pressure and temperature remain within the manifold limits.

FAQs
What is the Type 925 multifunction supply manifold used for?
The Type 925 provides a common pneumatic supply connection for multiple Type 900X and Type 550X I/P and E/P transducers. It can also be used as a common output manifold for solenoid valves.
How many devices can the Type 925 support?
The Type 925 is available in configurations for 3, 5, 10, or 15 mountable units.
Can one transducer be serviced while the others remain operating?
Yes. Each station has an individual shutoff valve, allowing one device to be isolated and serviced while supply pressure remains on for the other stations.
What transducers are compatible with the Type 925?
The Type 925 is designed for ControlAir Type 900X and Type 550X I/P and E/P transducers.
What is the maximum operating pressure?
The Type 925 operates from vacuum to a maximum pressure of 250 psig (16 bar).
What is the operating temperature range?
The operating temperature range is -4°F to 190°F (-20°C to 90°C).
Can the Type 925 be mounted on DIN rail?
Yes. An optional four-piece DIN rail mounting kit is available.
What is included with a Type 925 manifold kit?
Each manifold kit includes the manifold, two mounting brackets, an end cap, and a 1/2″ NPT inlet fitting.
Are separate check valves or adapter kits required?
No. Compatible connection ports thread directly into the transducers, so separate check valves or adapter kits are not required.
