Overview

The Type 100M Motorized Precision Air Pressure Regulator combines the proven accuracy and stability of the ControlAir Type 100 Precision Air Pressure Regulator with electrically actuated remote pressure adjustment. Designed for applications requiring precise pneumatic control from a remote location, the Type 100M converts a DC electrical signal into accurate pressure changes while maintaining the exceptional regulation performance of the Type 100 platform.

Unlike conventional electro-pneumatic regulators that require continuous power to maintain a pressure setpoint, the Type 100M maintains its pressure setting during power interruptions. A reversible DC gear motor is coupled directly to the regulator adjustment mechanism, allowing operators, PLCs, and process control systems to increase or decrease pressure remotely without sacrificing the precision and stability of a mechanical regulator.

The Type 100M is ideal for centralized control systems, ventilation systems, inaccessible installations, OEM equipment, and automated process control applications where precise remote adjustment is required. Its low power consumption, compact size, and ability to mount at virtually any angle make it a versatile solution for industrial and OEM pneumatic systems.

How does the Type 100M adjust pressure remotely?
