The Type 7500V Vacuum Regulator is engineered for high-flow systems that demand stable, accurate control of both vacuum and positive pressure above and below atmospheric conditions. Featuring a fixed –15 PSIG bias spring, it reliably maintains vacuum levels up to 29″ Hg, while an adjustable opposing range spring delivers precise positive pressure control up to 150 PSIG. Advanced design elements—including an aspirator to minimize output pressure droop and an isolated output pressure control chamber to eliminate vibration during high-flow operation—ensure consistent performance in demanding environments. With soft-valve technology that reduces air consumption and prevents vacuum droop, the Type 7500V is an efficient, high-performance solution ideal for industrial automation, material handling, leak testing, chemical processing, and other high-capacity vacuum and pressure applications.
