I/P Transducers (Current to Pressure Transducers), also known as I/P Converters, convert a variable electrical signal to a linearly proportional pneumatic output. The pneumatic output is commonly used to apply pneumatic pressure to control valves, actuators, dampeners and louvers clutches and brakes, and web tensioners.
I/P Transducers are offered with extensive combinations of inputs and outputs, industry certifications (FM, CSA, ATEX) and Explosion-proof housings. I/P Transducers are available in various mounting options for space constrained applications.

I/P Transducers are versatile instruments that use an electrical control signal to proportionally regulate gas pressure. The most common application is in valve actuation, but they can also be used in many other situations.
