Pneumatic Engineering Conversion Tool

Quickly convert common pressure and air volume flow units used in pneumatic systems.

Pressure Conversion

Enter a pressure value and select the source unit. All common equivalents update automatically.

Values are engineering conversions based on standard unit definitions. Gauge and absolute pressure use the same unit conversion factors; only the pressure reference changes.

Air Volume Flow Conversion

Convert common pneumatic flow units. Use the “Actual Volume” mode for direct volumetric conversions, or “Standard / Normal Air” for SCFM, SLPM and Nm³/h conversions.

Important: “Actual” volume units such as CFM and L/min describe physical volume at the stated operating condition. SCFM and Normal units refer to a reference temperature and pressure. This tool uses 1 atm absolute; SCFM/SLPM are referenced to 60°F (15.56°C), while Normal units are referenced to 0°C. Because those reference temperatures differ, the standard-flow conversion includes the ideal-gas temperature correction.
